I attended an ANZAC march this morning where my children marched with their school and have just posted a blog article about how moving the words of Thomas Binyon's For the Fallen and Kemal Ataturk's statement are. They always bring a tear to my eye.

So lovely that the weather was fine here in Newcastle for the ANZAC march this year. The past couple of years have been freezing cold and wet.

Lest we Forget.

It was freezing cold and windy here in Canberra, alas. So wonderful to hear about your participation. We experienced two dawn ceremonies in Beijing that I will never forget so long as I live.

Hi gorgeous!! You're too sweet for remembering our ANZACs in your blog. I'm so proud of my husband, father & ancestors, it always makes me teary too. Those gorgeous old men & women with their well deserved medals, such a shame it continues on today. My husband has gone fishing this afternoon with some Army mates, good for them. They're making good use of Army issued cold weather gear tonight by the Tumut River!! Love Posie
