I have just finished reading the most fabulous book called "Wildflower" - a biography on wildlife film maker Joan Root, by writer Mark Seal.
The book is rich with stories on African wildlife and how I am just gagging to see some of Joan and husband Alan's amazing, groundbreaking films of the 1970s. To see some of their award-winning clips, head here.
While I research how I can a hold of these, it's good old You Tube to the rescue. How wonderful to experience the birth of a baby dolphin in this short piece. Gather the kids around and marvel!
