Ingredients
2 x 200g blocks Cadbury chocolate or good milk chocolate
100g butter, melted
1 x packet soft red licorice
1 large packet marshmallows, assorted colours
1/2 cup shredded coconut (can also use dessicated)
1/2 packet Scotch Finger biscuits
Break chocolate into a large bowl. Add butter and melt in the microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes. Stir after one minute, then remove after 2 minutes and stir til smooth.
Crumble biscuits into mixture and stir to combine.
Pile chunks high in a lovely dish, dust with snowy icing sugar (powdered sugar) and decorate with Christmas ornaments.
You can also add flaked almonds or chopped peanuts, and can substitute the licorice for jelly candy or soft jubes, if desired. Likewise, the biscuits can really be any kind, such as amoretti or digestive biscuits. Experiment.
Try white marshmallows, green jubes and crushed mint cream biscuits or peppermint crisp bars for a Halloween twist!

Mmm. Dirt.
Or mud. With delicious bits inside.
PS: it IS a small pile of dirt now - a relative sandy crumble of leftover bits in the bottom of the bowl, where people lick the tips of their fingers and stick them in for a lick.
More, please!
