blog tour - Australian Story

Tuesday, 21 February 2012

After hundreds of hours of research and compiling, liaising and conferring, laughter and tears (of emotion!) - I'm delighted to announce the launch of Australian Story: an illustrated timeline

I absolutely adored creating this book, and, along with the amazing team at the National Library of Australia and designer/illustrator Peter Shaw, I'm thrilled to showcase this unique book to the children of Australia.

Let's make history cool!

To celebrate the release of Australian Story, I'm on tour! to some of the best (and so supportive) blogs and sites on the web. A big thank you to everyone who's hosting this tour. I hope you have fun following along and learning more about Australian history in the process!

For your copy of the book or to learn more, head to the NLA website.

Congratulations Tania on a successful launch and what I am sure an even more successful book. To bring history alive in such a colorful and informative way is fabulous. I only wish I lived in Canberra and could have been there. I'll just have to buy the book and have my own launch in Queensland. Enjoy your blog tour - I will be following with interest.

What a lovely comment; thank you, Louise! You know I'll be in Queensland later this month - in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast - would love to see you at one of the events! Check the right hand events column of my blog...
