I have had the best fun on this wonderful virtual tour, in celebration of the release of Beijng Tai Tai. This is a book that means a lot to me - and being able to share it with the world via these very generous and supportive virtual tour hosts has been so special.

China is a place that [unexpectedly] took hold of my heart. It is a place I am now impassioned for - I was impassioned the moment I arrived, I was impassioned throughout our stay - but probably at no time was I more impassioned than our final weeks in the capital, and our first weeks back home in Australia. Three years' later, and I could still weep for Beijing.
