We are at the end of our Virtual Tour! Christina and I would like to thank you for joining us on this voyage, as we whack the sparkling wine against the bow of our bookish ship. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

To celebrate the end of our tour, we have some prizes!

WIN! a signed copy of This is Captain Cook!

We have one signed copy to give away to one lucky reader, valued at $24.95.

If you would like to win this, just leave a comment below, headed with the word: BOOK, telling us in 50 words or less where you would like to voyage and why.

WIN! original artwork from This is Captain Cook!

The lovely Christina Booth has agreed to give away one of her beautiful original artworks from the book! She sooo lovely! Value: priceless.

If you would like to win this artwork (I wonder which one it will be!) just leave a comment below, headed with the word: ART, telling us in 50 words or less which famous Australian you'd like to see a school play on and why.

Both competitions are open to those aged 18 or over. This is a game of skill not chance. Entries close Friday 13 March at 11:56pm AESDT. The winners will be announced here on this blog on Saturday 14 March, so be sure to check back! Comps are open to anyone so long as they have an Australian postage address. Winners will receive their prize within three weeks of entering. Decisions are final.

Good luck!

With love from your intrepid voyagers,
Tania and Christina.

BOOK:
I'd like to voyage to Scandanavia to explore the snowy environment in the hope of discovering a mammoth preserved in ice and time or to the outback and find a new dinosaur in an archaelogical dig!

Art: Jackie French for her passion for children’s literacy, education, the environment and wildlife. Her colourful life would make for a great tale, her inclusiveness and support for the underprivileged teaches us compassion, her demonstration that we can live in harmony with nature teaches respect and then there’s the wombats! Book: We would love to travel to the Cook Islands. Miss 9 is obsessed with Captain Cook, I am now going deaf just from the squealing while looking at your book launch. She wants to visit the Cook Islands as they are named after Captain Cook. :)

I would love to travel to an archaelogical dig whether it is the Australian outback or Scandanavian snow - to discover something or explore unknown territory like Captain Cook would be thrilling!

ART: Dame Nellie Melba — an Australian opera singer (the stage name ‘Melba’ referring to Melbourne). She created a music school, raised money for war charities and was the first Australian to appear on the cover of Time magazine. She had a dessert named after her!

ART: David Unaipon. Famous Aboriginal writer, preacher and inventor. I think seeing a school play about how he invented a helicopter from the design of a boomerang would be fascinating. And how he was chosen to be on our current $50 Note.

Book - My family would love to voyage to New Zealand. Fresh, crisp air, gorgeous, natural scenery and (with littlies on deck) not a long journey! :)

BOOK: By hook or by Cook I would love a copy of this book! I would love to sail with Captain Cook to wherever his starry navigation took us. Hopefully it would be an undiscovered piece of the world which I could name Cooktopia or even Terra Leonieus.

ART: School Play about Saint Mary MacKillop - Australia's First Saint. I walked in her footsteps once as a tourist and teacher, and her story is full of courage, inspiration and strength. "Never see a need without doing something about it" is her motto and one everyone can live by.

ART: I think a play about Bennelong would be interesting.. From his first contact with First Fleeter's, to his experience of travelling to England and finally returning home 3yrs later..
