She is always making me lovely craft items, notes and cards, but today was different. Her little friend Yoko came for a playdate and the two of them got busy with pieces of paper, sparkly pens and pink string. Ella said it was a surprise and not to come and look.
I didn't bat an eyelid.
After lunch, they both walked into my office, bearing my bare little Christmas tree - covered in "new" ornaments - a tumble of papery and sparkly circles, trees, hearts and stars.
Sweet, sweet, darling girls. I absolutely love my new ornaments.
