I absolutely loved reading to the kids at Jerrabomberra Public on the border of Canberra - in the week after Book Week.
I read to four year 4 classes (including Ella's class) and then to a combined year 5/6 class of students who were specifically interested in writing.
The kids were wonderful and had some fantastic questions for me. I also talked to them about the process of putting together a picture book and having it published.
