Out of the mammoth batch of macarons Riley and I baked today, there were probably about three presentable enough to look like the real deal. Sigh. They're not easy little morsels to create. I was so paranoid of overcooking them, I think I removed them from the oven far too soon.
Above is our green creation with fresh raspberry butter cream.
Below is our aqua blue creation with citrus butter cream.
At least they still taste good.

Your macarons still look gorgeous! Believe me I know what you've been through but perseverance and determination goes a long way:)
